Reply without Portal Login

At Claimsplus Lawyers, we prioritise your convenience and ease of use. We understand that you may be managing a health issue or simply prefer not to log into the Client Portal for every interaction. That's why we've set up our system to allow you to respond to messages directly from your email.

When you receive a message from us via the Client Portal, a notification will be sent to your registered email address. This email will contain the contents of the message.

To reply, you don't need to log into the Client Portal. You can hit 'reply' in your email application, and your response will be logged in the Client Portal as if you had responded there directly. This way, we can maintain a complete record of our communication while making it as easy as possible for you.

We strive to provide flexible communication methods to suit all our clients' preferences and lifestyles. Whether you prefer to use the Client Portal or respond directly via email, we're here to ensure that your claims process is as smooth and efficient as possible.
