2. Accept Terms and Confirm Details:

  • Agree to the terms and conditions of use.
  • Confirm your personal details, such as your name, date of birth, address, and tax file number (TFN).

3. Provide Verification Information:

  • To verify your identity, you'll need to provide details from two of the following sources:
    • Super Account Statement (last 5 years): Member number and super fund’s ABN.
    • Bank Account (used for tax refunds or interest in the last 2 years): BSB and account number.
    • Centrelink Payment Summary (last 2 years): Taxable income (accessible online if your myGov is linked to Centrelink).
    • Dividend Statement (last 2 years): Investment reference number.
    • Notice of Assessment (last 5 years): Date of issue and reference number.
    • PAYG Payment Summary (last 2 years): Gross income from your employer.
