At Claimsplus Lawyers, we understand that everyone has different comfort levels when it comes to using online platforms. While we've made our Client Portal as user-friendly as possible, we know that some clients may still find it overwhelming or prefer other methods of communication. And that's okay.

Our goal is to make your experience with us as stress-free as possible. So, if you're feeling overwhelmed by the Client Portal, please contact us. We're here to help.

You can contact us in one of the following ways:

  1. Email: You can send us an email at support@claimsplus.com.au. If there's a specific part of the portal you're struggling with, please let us know in your email, and we'll do our best to assist you.
  2. Phone: Feel free to call us on 1800 252 460. Our support team is available from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. If you're calling from outside Australia, please dial +61-2-5602 0111.
  3. SMS: You can send us a text message on 0489 996 338. This can be a good option if you're not available for a phone call during our office hours.

Remember, using the Client Portal is not a requirement but a tool we provide for your convenience. If you prefer to communicate with us via email, phone, or post, we're more than happy to accommodate that. At Claimsplus Lawyers, we are flexible and focused on what is easiest for you, our valued client.
